I like graphics because it includes so many mediums such as drawing, computer technuiques, and even welding. It is an art of today's era which is the reason why it's in a big demand right now. It is also mainly effective because it's different from all the other arts and it just stands out. For example, the artist named Mathew Ritchie have made it that far because of his contemporary work in graphic art. This sort of art is always appreciated because it's modern and it's being used almost everywhere such as in movies, advertisement and other media projects

I thought the whole process of casting was interesting. However, it seems very complicated due to all the steps the artist has to go through. But I think it is all worth it because this type of art if well done can last for a long time without being damaged. Also, the artist can achieve things like smooth and reflective surfaces. Besides you can appreciate this type of art almost anywhere, like in plazas and parks.

I enjoy viewing sculptures because every sculpture has meaning or some history to it. The way they are created intrigues me. From assembling to carving all of these 3-D figures tell stories. Artistes can spend enormous amount of time on sculptures on every little detail which blows many minds.

I never realized that there were four basic methods in making a sculpture: modeling, assembling, carving and casting. I especially find the method of carving interesting because it is a subtractive method of sculpture. If you make a mistake while chipping away at the material, you will have to work with it, since you can’t put the wood or stone back together. Therefore, this is a very difficult process, but very fascinating and though-provoking to look at the finished product.

I really enjoy photography because it is amazing how it started from a single box called the "camera obscura" and now trough time has evolutioned. with a single photo you can take memories from thousands, and thousands of years. with photography you can manipulate so many things. thats the good thing about it

I find earthworks to be beautiful and facinating. Its nature rearranged to make art. I really enjoyed the clip of the artist that made swirling sculptures out of ice. It took a lot of time and patience. It also takes will power; he had to get up so early to make the sculptures before the sun came out. That goes for the Egg shaped rocks too. Stacking those flat rocks to make a sculpture that doesnt fall apart easily. Amazing!

I enjoy photography because like paintings it doesnt have one meaning. You can interperet so many different things. It's a frozen moment you can remember forever. A photograph has a story behind it; it can make you go through powerful emotions. Most of the important photographs were captured on camarems (cellphone cameras).
