Good job for those who blogged- Who is Brownie? Pierre you needed to mention an artist in your blog.

Pick any artwork in the book except from Chapter 4 or 5 and talk about in at least two terms we discussed today.

For Example: The Scream by Edvard Munch - The scream uses color to create an
emotional effect. The strong brushwork using red and yellow-orange with strong
intensity creates a frentic effect. The complementary contrast of blue and orange
also contributes to the vibrancy.

Something like that. You could talk about line, color, perspective etc

1st Blog VAT Students

Dear Students,

Welcome to the blog, this will count like a quiz grade worth 20points total , which does not seem like much, but considering the whole class is worth 100 points it is 20%. So last semester, the folks that were consistent did well and the others well a C.

So each week I will pose a comment or question You have until 5:00 the next Thursday class to answer it. Here is the catch
Say if Iposed the question "Who was an interesting artist to you "and you answer ex(Monet because he used complementary colors to show vibrancy) the next blogger would have to use another artist or could say Monet but would have to give a different reason.

Also create a blog account or sign in as anonymous but sign it with your name.or you will not get credit.
So after you post make sure you check that it is up.

I will not take your word for it.
